What does P0367 mean?

P0367 sets when the engine control module (ECM) sees the signal line from the Bank 1 'B' camshaft position sensor — the exhaust cam sensor on most dual-cam engines — sitting below its low threshold. Something is holding that line down toward ground rather than letting it swing as the camshaft turns.

The useful diagnostic lever here is that the 'B' sensor almost never has the circuit to itself. On the vast majority of engines both camshaft sensors on a bank are fed from the same 5-volt reference and returned through the same sensor ground, splitting off into individual signal wires only close to the sensors themselves. If instead the corresponding 'A' code is stored alongside it, stop looking at the sensors entirely and go to the shared reference or ground, because two independent sensors failing the same way at the same time is far less likely than one common supply collapsing.

Why does it matter whether the 'A' sensor code is also stored?

Because both camshaft sensors on a bank normally share a 5-volt reference and a ground. Can I just replace the sensor?
